Why do we charge a £250 Search Deposit?

To be transparent, our £250 Search Deposit allows us to allocate immediate time and dedicated expertise to your search. It covers your bespoke market research, active trade-network outreach, vehicle provenance auditing, and initial price negotiations on your behalf.

Because our professional service begins immediately upon your instruction—covering the active labor and resources involved in vetting options across the market—the Search Deposit is non-refundable once our search is underway.

The Benefit to You: Your £250 Search Deposit is credited in full toward your Total Sourcing Fee. You simply pay the remaining balance once you choose to proceed with a vehicle we have successfully sourced and recommended.

03 / Sourcing & your acquisition

We leverage our extensive main dealer network to identify, appraise, and negotiate your ideal vehicle or factory allocation. Once you approve the selected vehicle, our Success Fee is payable. We then introduce you directly to the authorized supplying dealer to complete your purchase

How We Work: Our Four-Step Process

We operate on a transparent, structured model designed to give your search complete focus while protecting both parties' time.

Step 1: The Initial Consultation (Complimentary)

Before any money changes hands, we discuss your ideal specification, your budget, and timeline in detail. To ensure every vehicle we source comes with exceptional provenance and full service history, we specialise in modern vehicles starting from £30,000. However, we do selectively accommodate modern-classic performance icons (such as naturally aspirated manual Porsche Cayman models or classic BMW M-cars) below this threshold, provided they meet our exacting standards for specialist dealer backing.

We evaluate current market availability during this phase to ensure we are entirely confident we can secure the right car through our trade network for you before taking you on as a client.

Step 2: The Search Deposit (£250)

Once we agree on the brief, we formally launch your search upon receipt of the £250 Search Deposit. This deposit covers our active market research, trade-network outreach, and initial provenance auditing.

The Benefit: Your £250 deposit is credited in full against your Total Sourcing Fee.

Step 3: Vehicle Selection & Completion

We locate matching options, complete full due diligence, and negotiate trade pricing on your behalf. Once we present a vehicle you agree to proceed with, the remaining balance of the Total Sourcing Fee becomes due. Upon receipt, we transfer the dealer details and introduce you directly to the decision-maker at the dealership.

Step 4: The Handover

The supplying dealer manages final delivery logistics, vehicle registration, and any additional factory options directly with you. You pay the dealer directly for the car, ensuring you receive the complete protection of the official dealer infrastructure, manufacturer warranty, and consumer rights from day one.

• Initial Search Deposit: £250 -Paid upfront to launch your search

  • Tier 1: Vehicle Price Up to £60,000

    • Total Sourcing Fee: £900 (£250 Search Deposit + £650 Final Balance)

    • Example Vehicles: Pre-owned BMW X3, Porsche Macan etc -under £60k invoice)

      Please note: To ensure every modern car we source includes official main-dealer warranty backing, our standard search threshold starts from £30,000. However, we love sourcing hand-picked modern classics and specialist performance cars (like manual Porsches or classic M-cars) from a minimum budget of £20,000, provided they have a great history and are sitting with a reputable independent specialist.

  • Tier 2: Vehicle Price £60,000 – £90,000

    • Total Sourcing Fee: £1,500 (£250 Search Deposit + £1,250 Final Balance)

    • Example Vehicles: BMW X5, BMW M3, Porsche Cayenne Hybrid

  • Tier 3: Vehicle Price £90,000 and Upward

    • Total Sourcing Fee: £2,500 (£250 Search Deposit + £2,250 Final Balance)

    • Example Vehicles: Porsche 911 (all variants), BMW M5, Porsche Taycan Turbo

What happens if we can't find a suitable vehicle?

What happens if a suitable vehicle isn't immediately available?

We actively source vehicles against your agreed Client Brief for a dedicated search window of up to 60 days.

Where an exact match is off-market or unavailable, we may recommend options that are materially similar or represent a superior overall opportunity in specification, provenance, or price. The decision to proceed always rests entirely with you.

If a suitable vehicle cannot be sourced within the 60-day period, our active search closes. At that stage, your £250 Search Deposit remains credited to your account, allowing us to hold your brief on file and notify you immediately should a matching vehicle enter our network in the future.

A Quick Note on Finance & Regulation

To be transparent, we are not a motor dealership, a credit broker, or a financial advisor. We don’t handle, arrange, or introduce financial products or insurance. All purchase contracts and funding agreements are handled directly between you and the supplying dealer.
